Just had dinner at Broussard’s. They have, in the hall, a menu from long ago, on which appeared “Oysters Gresham”. (I’ve seen it nowhere else). Anyone know what “Oysters Gresham” was?

It was mentioned as a specialty in Fodor guidebooks in 1990. No more information, though.
