Hi, I’ve been on the lookout for live/fresh grass carp (鯇魚). Commonly steamed with green onions and ginger in Cantonese cooking, this type of fish is available in other cities, like I’ve found it no problem in Chicago. But after several attempts at some of the major Asian supermarkets in San Gabriel Valley to find it without any success, I thought I’d ask for some direction here. Thanks!
