I think Niman’s producers already follow those rules, they could surely step up production.
I 
me some pig but can definitely do with less if it means the horrors of conventional pig farms are being seriously addressed. “More space for breeding pigs” is only the tip of the iceberg of what needs to be done.

In the beginning Niman was failing and going broke trying to maintain humane practices and a healthy environment for pigs. They persevered (probably with investors?) and are in almost every grocery store. It can be done, people.
