Its a drink from Sakoh Bar in Ginza called Etrenne, made by Akihiro Sakoh! It won him the Nippon Bartenders Associations top cocktail in 2010. Made with Vodka, green banana liquor, mint liquor, and cream. Pisang Ambon was the only brand I found that makes green banana liquor so I went with it.
And yes, it’s an ice cube…hahah I have no idea why I decided to use a huge cube for this drink, totally unnecessary
