That review in Lucky Peach was somehow creepy… and the most delicious description of a dish I’ve read in a long time. Okay… I’ll try it just this once

Well while it may be simmered from pork bones/skull, Tatsunoya’s Ramen broth tastes very much like a good savory Pork soup. Nothing gamy or weird.
It’s just good Ramen.

I thought about you @Chowseeker1999 when reading the review. It seemed like the kind of extraordinary dish you would make the trek to try. No, it seems delicious not weird, and actually lighter. It was the description of the ingredients and cooking process that seemed a little out of my comfort zone. But too good to not try.
