I hadn’t watched since the move to Channel Four, but a friend said it hadn’t changed much, and I agree
So we’re working backwards from the current series. I like that the episodes air in the UK and US at the same time, so I can Google the latest without spoilers.

The people expressing outrage about the Mexican Week episode—seriously? I’m skeptical Mexicans in Mexico would find anything offensive except maybe Paul Hollywood’s weird tortilla recipe (and how is that baking?)

Just finished watching it. I agree; partner and I thought the Technical was really poorly selected. I would not expect that someone who is a good baker would necessarily know how to season/marinate meat and beans for a taco.
