If you make it semi frequently, just make a big batch of the sauce and freeze individual portions and thaw as needed , big time saver

My friend is starting a bakery business. She is a crack baker. These macarons are better than anything I’ve had in LA. Not even close. The shells are fantastic. Great crunch on the outside with a lovely chew. Unique flavor combinations. Injeolmi is my favorite macaron of all time. The Ritz cheese cracker macaron is crazy and delicious. The other flavors were great as well. Cookies and cream. Coffee. Matcha green tea.

Had a meaty ham bone in the freezer.

So, yesterday I made some ham stock in the pressure cooker…


No meat left on the bones after 2 hours on high pressure…

Today, after the strained stock chilled overnight, skimmed the fat (I’m jewish maybe I should use the fat for non kosher matzo balls :slight_smile: )
Slow cooker overnight, cooked some dry lima beans, added to the stock with some bacon-fat-sautéed vegetables and boom…
