If you’re ever in Vegas and want something like this. Delilah at the Wynn has a variation on this as an endive caesar with king crab topped with breadcrumbs. It’s really quite nice.

Tons in the dressing. Definitely needed more on top. You right. Nice parm is mild. Was too busy with 10 other things to remember

didn’t taste much crab, I prefer the tagliarini with anchovies and butter.

agree with the bladdison this was okay, fish was a bit overcooked.

Wonderfully cooked.

An elite roast chicken and the panzanella shouldn’t be missed.

Sheep’s Milk Cheesecake with Clementine

Another new favorite.

Dark Chocolate Tart with Milk Sorbet

A mousse like consistency and unbelievably good.

Next time I’m going to pay for bread.

I can’t put the flavors of Amaretto creme brulee and black truffles together in my mind. Kind of sounds like a dessert from Iron Chef: Battle Truffle.
