Umm… Panda Express already has a burrito, and you can add whatever PE item you like into it. The PE Westwood Blvd. location (next to California Chicken Cafe) offers this burrito. The problem (and I told the Panda Express manager this already) is that they’re using Mexican-style tortillas instead of scallion pancakes. Management is considering the scallion pancake option, per management.
