Pretty much, yes. It has pretty limited hours, even doing more nights now. Pretty sure he’s basically always there.
In my experience it is about 50/50 these days.

Maybe he likes to be someplace he can actually take a BM.

Me personally, I tried the food truck (the first food truck I’ve ever tried, and probably the last) and my thoughts were that the toppings were way better than average, but I didn’t think they made for great tacos. And the taco shells themselves tasted average to me. Me personally, I’d rather go to B.S. Taqueria for tacos. For me personally, the taco shells are superior there, and the toppings blend in better.
