Good guess! Was in Naples but it’s not Michaele or Sorbillo. This place Pizza 3.0 by Ciro Cascella.

Ridiculous name, puffy cornicione style (maybe canotto?). Very very good and roughly 8 euros. Was in Rome prior and shocked by quality/price. Restaurants are 50-60% of the States/LA.
