Yes, I found the remedy!

What’s the green sauce on top of the fish?

Probably Yuzu Kosho. It’s yummy.

The companies should be starting funds to aid these small businesses that helped them get rich, not use their vulnerable status to bully them.

That would require empathy.

The tech companies never cared in the first place.

Wow Spago is doing Santa Maria BBQ! As far as American BBQ style goes this is probably the most rare style. I am curious if they are using a Santa Maria style grill. If you guys haven’t made plans I would jump on this

We did Belle Vie take out last night and it was a resounding success!
I forgot to take photos of the food except for the duck magret with lentils

.
We ordered cured meats plate, warm goat cheese salad, poulet, duck, and gratin.
Hot dishes were packaged in the foil boxes with instructions on time and temperature to warm up in the oven. All the dressings and sauces were packed separately. I warmed up the goat cheese slightly in the mini oven as well. Chicken and duck warmed up nicely and were very juicy and flavorful.
Also picked up a few wines from Belle Vie that were quite nice - Vincent has a very good selection that he offers at retail prices!

I looks like fresh grated wasabi root.

That’s a lot of lentils!

The temp on the duck looks perfect.

No, there was a side dollop of “kizami wasabi” (wasabi marinated in soy). This topping was citrusy & salty. I’m pretty sure it was yuzu kosho.
