I wandered upon this documentary on Tastemade the other night. Anybody ever have pizza in Windsor, Ontario? They have a very distinct style. The super is the most popular style.

Galati mozzarella cheese (local institution)
Shredded pepperoni so it doesn’t curl up and the pepperoni is more evenly distributed
Bell peppers
Bacon
Marinated mushrooms NOT fresh so the mushrooms don’t burn in the oven
Wow interesting made a couple of trips to Windsor as a young adult it was always fun but trips were hazy.
