I haven’t fixed oxtails in too, too long. A favorite for sure.

A perfect part of a perfect Christmas Eve breakfast. Happy Holidays (I’m not saying Merry Christmas this Christmas.)

I’d had the same thought. Darn little up in Seattle.

Christmas supper.

Some more of the D’Artagnan meats, Epoisses (Murray’s Cheese has a big selection at one of our regional groceries), honeycomb (Costco had it back in stock), cornichons and crackers. And a sparkling rose’. And two episodes of Downton Abbey (we’d never watched it and are now into season three).
