Best Pizza by the Slice?

Per Eater, Prime Pizza is coming to Burbank. Can’t wait to try a slice!

already open, will visit today or tomorrow.

Awesome! Thanks for the update and do check back in once you’ve tried it. (I probably won’t be able to get there for at least a week : ( )

Closed!

:joy:sorry to hear

Look at this dick, waited months for the place to open then dropped a 1* on their first day of business.

You need to send him the obligatory “you’re a dumbfuck” PM.

Charles F. is the only person on the internet who waited months for Prime to open, I think it’s fair for them to be a bit peeved. Probably ran ten red lights to get there, putting the whole family at risk.

If he was waiting months to go he should have gone at lunch and not risked it. People who give 1* reviews of restaurants without tasting any of the food is the main reason I stopped using yelp.

Operationally is a bit of a shit show at the moment. Would suggest you come here only if you get a full pie. Having said that, it’s fucking delicious and for my taste buds more flavorful than Pizza Wagon. I would personally just go to whatever is closer; I’m just glad SFV has these options now.

Oooohhhh - those slices look wonderful!

Burbank is closer to me (I have yet to make it to the yearned for Pizza Wagon) so your review is most welcome!

This came out while I was eating so I had to do the thing.

Yeah. You’re KILLING me!!! All this looks so damn good!

Incredibly satisfying lingering aftertaste. Easily the best pizza in Burbank proper. Maybe even east valley

Somebody needs to open up a good slice shop in the OC. If the Valley can have Prime and Pizza Wagon the OC can support at last 1. Fullerton. Costa Mesa. Anaheim. Not much different than Burbank.

Prime’s Square pie is my favorite take-home/delivery pie.

A whole square pie is $28, bringing each slice to $3.50 which is approx the same price per slice as La Morra. However, Prime’s mass is approx 3x and travels/reheats much better.

X 2.

We got Detroit style at Steel Pan and Chicago style at Rances and Tony’s. Fucuo for Naples style. There is a New Haven specialist deep in South OC.
Heck crossing the county line we got Indian pizza in Artesia.

But no good NYC slice!

side of town.

Thanks but soondae for lunch is already pushing it when I have dinner plans.

Man Prime Pizza Burbank is a game changer. At lunch you can get 3 slices and a beer for $16 + t/t

Came at 11:55 today, no line and a few spots to sit. Got pretty busy by the time I left at 1230.
