yeah they were, I guess for you to compare the two. He’s added another chef who helps with the prep/plating. He also didn’t use the “smoking apparatus” in front of the diners this time around.
@formersushichef bar Sawa opens on Sunday and even Monday now with chef Ryo, does that mean it’s the only counter in LA opens 7 days a week

Yes. I went there this week and basically they are open 7 days a week and they are open during lunch too. Some customers just go to drink from what I hear and I’m not surprised lol
