Where is the Ankimo picture is my fundamental question :thinking: Anthony cannot drop Ankimo out of his menu :crossed_fingers:

He definitely didn’t, and it was still one of the best Ankimo preps in LA!

The double nigiri is a trout and a “white salmon” aka ivory king @PorkyBelly

yeah they were, I guess for you to compare the two. He’s added another chef who helps with the prep/plating. He also didn’t use the “smoking apparatus” in front of the diners this time around.

@formersushichef bar Sawa opens on Sunday and even Monday now with chef Ryo, does that mean it’s the only counter in LA opens 7 days a week :sweat_smile:

I know it’s not, but my first thought was why would whisky be bottled in 20 oz. soda bottles… :blush:

Yes. I went there this week and basically they are open 7 days a week and they are open during lunch too. Some customers just go to drink from what I hear and I’m not surprised lol
